Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank (APGB) Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh State) invites Online Applications from eligible Indian Nationals (who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014) for recruitment of Officer in Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The last date for online registration is 8th January 2015.

Language Proficiency: The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants -(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State (TELUGU) / UT (The condition does not apply for the posts of Officer Scale II). Local language (Telugu) at 10th Std level (OR) Local language (Telugu) at any level above 10th Std and upto graduation level.

Pre-Requisite Qualifications: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the following scores as given below:-

Application Fee: A Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates; Rs.150/- for all others. The Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of ANDHRA PRAGATHI GRAMEENA BANK by means of a Payment challan.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. The Interview will be held at KADAPA.
